Details of the Visit
WHEN:
- Due to the pandemic situation, the program is subject to change – expect additional information or contact us to ask your questions – CONTACTS.
WHERE:
- Arrival to Istanbul, a departure from sea destination if possible (not obligatory, but someone can prolong week and stay 2 more days close to the sea) I could not quite understand ‘sea destination‘ but participants would be free to choose their travelling route and type to/from Turkey as long as they catch start and end of the program. As you see at alternative 1 people can come earlier and enjoy Izmir. If you have any request about free time we would happy to give you suggestions.
DURATION:
- 1.evening arrival, 2-3.company visits, 4.afternoon departure (Tue-Fri) Starting from Izmir is more convenient for the flow. An extra day could be added for social program.
PARTICIPANTS:
- We estimate 2-4 paid participants from each country + around 2-3 institute members – Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary, Slovakia – MAX 15 people in totalplease see fee and explanations above.
CONTENT:
- We prefer company visits instead of workshop, after company visits cca 1h all together to make day reflection (maybe use LTF to do it). Since it will be a busy program and need time for transfers, evaluation could be made at bus. We also add an evaluation dinner.
COMPANIES BUSINESS FOCUS:
- R&D – product/process development, hoshin kanri, engineering to order (not mass production), services, a good example is Durmazlar Makina. We would consider the factories you mentioned Durmazlar, Tuprag. We could contact them after setting a date for the program.
