She holds a Master’s degree in Public Communications and a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski”. She combines her academic background with extensive hands-on experience in leadership roles at advertising agencies and dynamic start-up companies. 

Her professional experience includes extensive training and mentoring of employees and managers, building and developing teams, and fostering an organisational culture based on trust, engagement, and clear communication.
