What is six sigma

Six Sigma (6σ) is a methodology that gives organizations the tools they need to take an analytical approach to their processes and understand what are the opportunities to meet customer needs.

Process variation has always been and will remain one of the most significant factors in losing customers.

Six Sigma (6σ) aims to improve manufacturing quality by identifying and eliminating the causes of defects and minimizing variability in production and business processes. This can be achieved by using empirical and statistical methods, data analysis, mapping and process design.
