Nikola is trained by McKinsey&Company and PWC, and he actively applies coaching and lean methods of thinking in his work. After joining Lean Institute Bulgaria he has begun taking part in many projects and his portfolio includes companies like Raiffeisen Bank, CEZ GROUP, A1, OPTIX, Dreamix.eu, Sofia Municipality and others. He is also active in many volunteer initiatives and mentoring of young talents.

Nikola has MSc from the University of Sheffield in Technologies, Innovations and Entrepreneurship, and after 2011 he has become a lector in the Business Administration and Economy department of the university. He is also a director of the Center of Remote Learning and a lector in the Marketing and Management department of the University of Finance, Business and Entrepreneurship. The main topics that Nikola works on are linked to IT for the business, improvement of business processes and lean management.
