Biography
Vasil Petrov is founder and managing director of Lean Institute Bulgaria, also management consultant with over 15 years spent in implementation of business process improvement methods and practices across leading companies from different industries in Europe, Asia and USA.
His experience includes lean thinking and practices implementation (lean transformations), Six Sigma, Change Management, Business Analysis, Current State Assessments, Automation of Processes, Project Management and PM Office setup, Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Optimization as well as Leadership Development.
Vasil’s carrier also passes by the local management board of multi-billion global companies represented in Sofia, where he leads large multinational teams. In 2014 Vasil starts Lean Institute Bulgaria, which soon becomes a market leader in training and consulting services related to lean transformations, improvements and process automation.
Vasil is certified in Lean Six Sigma Black Belt with an MBA degree from an international program in Germany, Australia and India. He speaks English, German, Russian, Spanish and Farsi.
